Everyone wants to be happy, but so few people actually are. We may not even believe that lasting happiness is possible. Buddha’s teachings and meditations give us a swift and direct method to help us to attain the happiness that we all long for. Through
this we find a deeper purpose in life, the fulfillment of our inner potential for peace and happiness.
In these classes you will experience guided meditations and teachings that can help you to solve your daily problems and that can bring about a profound inner change – pure and lasting happiness arising from your peaceful mind.
The classes are suitable for beginners as well as advanced practitioners and each class is self contained. Both cushions and chairs are available for you to sit on.
